Request deletion
To request deletion of personal information held by CozyAura, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” This page is the data-deletion instructions URL for CozyAura's Meta app.
Include enough information to find your record
Include your full name, the email address and phone number used with CozyAura, and any relevant order reference. Please do not send card, mobile-money or other payment credentials by email.
Verification
To protect your information, CozyAura may ask you to verify your identity or confirm control of the email address or phone number associated with the request before acting on it.
What deletion covers
After verification, CozyAura will review the request and delete or de-identify eligible personal information from active systems where reasonably practicable. We will also stop optional marketing associated with the requested details where applicable.
Information we may retain
Some information may need to be retained where necessary for completed orders, payment and accounting records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Retained information will be limited to those purposes.
